He Didn't Just Find Her a House

Buying your first house is a big deal. When my sister-in-law started looking for hers, she had a realtor who could have simply shown her properties, written an offer, collected a commission and called it a job well done. But Richy Miller cared about where she ended up. There were houses he helped her walk away from. Places that might have checked enough boxes on paper, but weren't right for her. He wasn't just interested in completing a sale. Eventually, he helped her find the one that was. Her first home. Around here, we have a phrase for somebody who approaches what they do that way: He had A Father's Heart. So Richy deserved to be celebrated. We built a collection around the idea that summed up what we'd watched him do: Talented enough to find houses. Caring enough to find your HOME. We engraved his portrait and message onto a display board, made personalized leather keychains with QR codes for something he could actually use in his business, created cards featuring his new message, personalized a journal, and made a collection of housewarming boards he could give to clients when they find homes of their own. It wasn't really a collection of promotional products. It was our way of saying: We noticed how you treated someone we care about. And that's worth celebrating.
